When our family went to Coeur D'Alene Powersports we came in hoping to buy a 110 and an 70 cc motorcycle, and when we got in the shop the sales associate helped us to check the motorcycles and gave us all the information we needed about them. We highly recommend this store and the people who work there are amazing and very helpful especially Cole Sullivan (the associate who worked and helped us buy our awesome motorcycles).

His knowledge about my machine, and his willingness to help was above and beyond what Ive received in the past from any service departments. I preface this with the acknowledgment that despite decades of riding, I am a neophyte when it comes to all things motorcyclian. (It is a word. I just created it. You are welcome.) The 750 Honda Shadow I now ride is the third cruiser I have owned, yet when I do the down-low wave of acknowledgment to other bikers I still look like I am trying to fend off a rabid squirrel. *sigh
Fortunately, Kevin, Shawn & Crew in the Service Center don't share my often-spastic reactions. Perhaps it was natural that department manager Kevin Dean, a U.S. Army combat medic with six years in uniform, would gravitate toward a job that was service-related. I was surprised when - after a couple of insightful email exchanges with Kevin - he introduced me to the rest of the crew as a friend and fellow veteran who deserved VIP status. It should not have surprised me that he automatically applied a veterans discount to my bill.
Service Advisor Shawn Ansel acted accordingly. Quick with a joke and armed with a cell phone full of them, Shawn was all business as he pored over the service manual noting a recall item and manufacturer-suggested services that were on the horizon. He was even more resolute when we walked around the bike and he pointed out safety and mechanical issues that needed to be addressed when I brought the bike back in to be serviced. ("That back tire is bald. You can ride it home, but don't ride it ANYWHERE ELSE until you get that changed." Aye-aye, sir.)
There were little things they did like running the wires of the bluetooth speakers I had them mount as they were doing the manufacturer-covered costs of fixing the recall issue in order to reduce my costs. Or the video Kevin sent of one of the service techs defiling the speakers by playing country music so wrenching that I wanted to pierce my eardrums with a No. 2 Ticonderoga pencil. Painful but hilarious.
If this reads like an unabashed promotion for the Coeur d'Alene Honda's service center then I have accomplished my goal. I didn't know these gentlemen before I brought my bike in. Now, my bike, my wallet, and I consider them allies of an aging road warrior. Thank you!Darrel Beehner, Kellogg, ID -
Rolled into town desperately needing new sprockets and chain. Due to the supply chain debacle it was unclear if I'd get the parts in time to get the work done and depart in time to make the 14 hour ride back home. Shawn in service assured me they'd do everything they could to make it happen. Wound up getting the parts the afternoon before scheduled departure and got the work done the morning of departure. Also got a new front tire, heated gloves and all the fluids replaced. If you're looking for a top tier shop run by knowledgeable bike enthusiasts this is it. Best service ever. THANK YOU Shawn. I had zero issues and tons of fun cruising NOLA back home. You can keep all the rain though

Shawn is a awesome employee who has helped me every time Ive had minor issues with my quad. I purchased my used Suzuki there a few years ago and have always taken it to see Shawn for tune ups in there service department. I really recommend that you check out this local power sports facility with great employees who care about the customers and see what they can do for you!

Cole was our sales person and while our Honda UTV took about eight months to deliver from the factory last year, after it arrived, Cole personally delivered it and got me oriented to its features. The turn around for the vehicles 100 mile service tune-up, which involved adding the blinker package (we had already installed mirrors ourselves) and tightening the shift into 4WD only took 2 DAYS! We were so surprised by the fast turnaround that we asked them to hold it until we could get it the next week. After dealing with months of service delays, in which a different Hisun vehicle we once owned was held hostage each spring and summer during CoVid at a local Hisun dealer, I couldnt be more thrilled about the fast and professional service received at CDA Powersports. Thank you very much! We look forward to finally enjoying a summer of fun UTVing! Update 3-24-2022: We took a ride tonight and the gear does not stay in 4WD. It keeps slipping into 2WD. My husband will be calling tomorrow to take it back in. Just moved my review from five to four stars. I was so hopeful! Update April 2: My husband brought it in. Drove home and they called and had it fixed, so he drove back to get it. So far its staying in 4wd when needed. Fingers crossed! Glad for the speedy service and no charge, so raising back up to five stars. Thanks!

I had been on the trail (IDBDR) for 8 days. Wore out my front knobby. These guys had four tires in stock to choose from. I rode an hour to get it arriving just after 4pm. Bought a tire and some chain oil then asked if there was anyway they could mount the tire for me (I had already fixed a rear flat earlier in the day). It was almost closing time, 100 degrees outside and I could tell the service area was buried in work. Kevin was amazing. He agreed to get the tire on if I would get the wheel off the bike. He then showed me a shady spot and helped me secure the bike. (BTW Kevin is doing the work of 3 people.) A half hour later I had a new tire mounted on the bike. I didn't think I could be more impressed but when I went to pay Kevin told me it was free. Wow! I am still grateful. Shawn overheard me making a hotel reservation 4 hours away. The local hotels were $500 and $350 for the night. He offered to let me camp in his yard and use his shower! I declined his offer but we are now friends on social media. I am always happy to pay for good products and service this place has that and more. Thank you Coeur D'Alene Powersports.

Went there just to look but ended up walking out with a new dirt bike. Very happy so far. Cole was very helpful and informative. Ended up going back for a quad and the same great service and professionalism. Will be a return customer.

Just purchased a new Gas Gas (red KTM) and it was an all around great experience! My sales rep Cole was a rock star throughout the whole process. I always need certain accessories with a new bike and when my bike arrived he already had them taken care of! Not just ready for me to purchase, but installed on the bike! With the supply chain issues, he wanted to ensure that someone else couldn't buy them first! Also, his knowledge of the bikes strengths and shortcomings really helped me narrow down which bike to buy. It helps that he owns multiple brands of bikes and races them as well. It carries a lot more weight when he recommends a specific accessory. Service and parts was outstanding in the process as well. Always willing to spend time and help with a smile. An outstanding dealership all round, with real professionals. Our riding community is fortunate to have them.

Wanted to post a review specifically for Tristan in parts who helped me with a bike battery and some flag brackets a couple weeks ago. As a woman sometimes the parts counter and service can be intimidating and Tristan was beyond nice and patient and made me feel like I wasnt asking elementary questions! Picked up my 2022 Erzburg 300 today. Cole hooked me up well and I can't say enough about his friendly personable salesmanship. He definitely was easy to deal with and took care of me on the sale. Bought a motorcycle sight unseen to be shipped to Los Angeles. Shan was excellent. Communication was great. Bikes as described. There were zero hiccups during the entire process. Which when buying from out of state from a dealer youve never even stepped foot in is a feet unto itself. My shipper arrived on a day they were closed. Shan and the manager came into the shop and got my bike loaded onto the truck. On their day off! You rarely see that kind of customer service these days. Would buy again in a heartbeat.

After five days of hot/hard riding my partners bike needed a new front tires. Powersport saved the day and got us back on the road in time for us to log more riding time for that particular day.
The parts department didn't have the proper size in stock however, they provided a list numerous places for us to check for the availability of a tire.
Shawn A, the Service writer was instrumental with securing permission from the manager to break protocol and replaced the tire purchased from a different vendor. He also provided information for a very pleasant eating and walking venue. (Great place to spend a few hours.)
Daniel B did the work in a very reasonable amount of time once he had the tire.
The entire facility and staff were very kind. If I would have had more gear storage, I would have bought some "fast house" riding gear because that particular brand is not available where I live in Oregon and it was appealing to me.
